“I hope Sutton is hung out to dry”

I agree... I never understood this case... Even if the agents were wrong, why are they in solitary and treated as the worst criminals in history? Boggles my mind.

I think QUix hit on it- to set an example to other LE personnel. After all, we’re just jugheads typing a keyboard, they’re actually in a position to do somehting about it.

The ‘powers that be’ want that border open at all costs.

why are they in solitary

To protect them because they're former law enforcement in prison. One of them was almost beaten to death when he was in the general population.

Because they're in the company of the scumbags they helped to put there.

Actually, because of where they put the agents, that HAVE TO BE segregated from the population, otherwise they'd be dead by now. If you remember, one of the agents was in general population for a very short time, and was terribly beaten.

I have to say that I'm pretty "hard core" when it comes to "law and order" and punishment... But this really pisses me off. I'm a very strong believer that if police or public officials railroad innocent defendants and hide or falsify evidence for a conviction, then those "public servants" should have to serve the entire sentence handed down on the innocent, with no chance of parole or appeal.
