So who was the first person to think Hey, I wonder what would happen if I licked that toad? Probably a cousin of the guy who thought "Hey, you see that cow? I'm going squeeze those danglely things underneath and drink what comes out!"

Clay County sheriff's deputies said David Theiss, of Kansas City, possessed a Colorado River toad with the intention of using it as a hallucinogenic. How did they know what his intentions were? He might be a toad kingpin with a massive underground network of toad dealers. He's probably a tax evader too. They could have charged him with possession of a hallucinogenic toad with intent to distribute. It's a good thing they got this menace to society off the street before the toad crime wave of 2007!
