Like Jagermeister? Do you freeze it? I like Jagermeister when I’m out on the boat on a hot day, but when I’m watching football I prefer Guinness. I think we’d get along just fine!
I never thought about trying to freeze it. It’s probably not high enough alcohol content to safely put in the freezer...12-15%. Maybe a smidgh higher in some batches.
Oh, I just figured out what you meant by “freezing it”. No, my secret is a special strain of yeast. Some yeasts have a higher tollerance for higher levels of alcohol. Jacking is technically illegal ya know. I would never do anything like that. :)
