There is some miss-information (Maybe typos) in that-—
Some sentences should read ‘Sometimes’....
For example, “The study goes on to report that when biological fathers did molest their young daughters, a mother was not residing in the home who could protect the child.” Is totally false without that qualifier. I think the stats are that the mother is more likely to be in the home when the daughter is being molested.
