Veterans day was changed from Armistice day — changed from celebrating peace to celebrating the contributions all veterans have made to liberty loving people around the globe. (even YOUR relatives, who you apparently hate).
Yep, my relatives came from Switzerland in 1850’s settling into Wisconsin and when the Civil War broke out, they enlisted. They fought and died to keep this nation together. Swiss are very fierce fighters and very patriotic.
They also know how to remain neutral and mind their own business. Some think we MUST be a world power. I say NO.
But fighting overseas in internal struggles or trying to referee muslim factions??? Not my idea of smart. We always end up with one side hating us.
