This is true, but the organization was also fined and lost a draft pick. In the publics eye, the "Patriots" cheated, and that is why this stuff about Brady was so easy to believe. In my mind, it reflects why Kraft should have canned Belichick. By not canning him, he is in effect condoning his actions, thus the "cheater" label and suspicions thrive.
