I don’t think the Steelers made a formal complaint, but some players definitely mentioned the practice of piping in extra sound at Indy.

They have had that complaint many times.
I had more of an issue with piss poor ref’ing.
I think someone had some bets on the spread.

I have not heard about this charge against the Colts, either, but here in WA State there was a big deal made about the Seahawks stadium. It was determined that there was no hidden sound system, just fans who were as loud as hell.
