I would buy red hot pepper & sprinkle it all around, I’ve used that for dogs & cats in my flower beds. I don’t know why people are so stupid. It seems to me now to be a concern for the health dept as these cats could have diseases. Call them asap if you havn’t. I would not go near the cats or try to trap them. Your local shelter ought to be addressing the problem. We have hawks where I live that are killing cats now too. I hate to see that but its hard to rehab a wild cat. My town won’t allow us to feed birds. I don’t understand that as I like to watch the birds. People here will trap cats & take them down to the fish docks where the fishermen feed them & they have plenty of places to live. I’ve taken in a few as kittens & now they are house cats. Good luck.
