Gosh! And here I thought all you had to do was to store them outside.

What's "poutine"? The name only brings to mind irish "poteen" (moonshine) but you drink that, you don't eat it.

Ahhhhh.

What is Poutine? Poutine is Heaven, usually served in a Styrofoam container.

Fresh cut french fries, layered with cheese curds, and hot gravy.

When served a fresh poutine, one must allow time for the flavours to melt and meld together, which results in a wonderful flavor in the dish, and slobber running down your face, which allows you to experience the whole French-Canadian joie de vivre.
