Something light hearted for Fri discussion. Just finished watching this on DVD last night,
hadn't seen it when it was on TV but thought it was very well done.
Not quite your standard cowboy movie but more realistic I thought.
I highly recommed it if you haven't seen it yet. Comments anyone?

I love Robert Duvall in Westerns. Nothing surpasses Lonesome Dove though. Augustus McRae was one of his best roles although Ned Peppers is a close 2nd.

We watched it when it was on TV. Good movie with clear good guys doing good. Odd to get that kind of quality, but not surprised that Duvall was part of it.
