Good idea. Our church had what we call “Trunk or Treat” where parishioners decorate their vehicles, bring candy and the kids go from car to car in the church parking lot while the youth and adults were running carnival-type activities inside the church. A fun time was had by all.

I Agree! Enough with the cutesy pictures of cats or dogs. Nothing turns me off more than animal pictures — no matter how cute. These threads always degenerate and die with the stupid cats. Stop it.

I was depressed last night about our candidates and Hillary's prospects, so I called Lifeline. Automatically, I was connected to a call center in Pakistan. I told them I was suicidal. They got all excited and asked if I could fly a plane. That's a big problem with outsourcing.

I’m not sure when our bow season is. One of my partners is a bow hunter. We joke that he is regressing. He used to hunt with rifles, but that got boring so he switched to pistols, then to black powder, then compounds and now recurves. I joke that next year he will be up in a tree with a knife between his teeth, waiting for a deer to come by...
