The title of the next episode is "This is Forever, Now". This title gives us a hint of what the fast forward will be. We can eliminate the head being shaved because that can grow back. From the previews, we see grandpa & grandson at the fast forward. Will they do it? (I believe they will).
Per the tv guide, they are going to Italy on the next leg. I believe Florence is one of the cities they go to.
