It’s an unusual case - murder without a body.

It was supposed to be featured on this past sat’s 48 hrs (A Time To Kill)but got delayed until the 10th because of the football game.

They got a guilty verdict in May, that was just tossed by the judge this past fri.
It will be at least a year before a new trial.

AMW - I thought - deals mostly with locating fugitives?

We know who did it - it just looks like they’re going to have to come up with more evidence in this coming year to seal the deal.
Since Fuhrman seems to be good about finding weaknesses in investigations - or spotting things that may have been overlooked before, I thought he might be good for this.

Those of us who are obsessed with the Anna Nicole Smith and Daniel W.Smith deaths(murders) wondered how to contact Mark Fuhrman - believing he was probably writing a book.

This might offer a way to contact him:

If there is going to be a retrial - he might be interested.

It’s an unusual case - murder without a body.

Unusual, but not impossible--the Capano case in Delaware didn't turn up the body of the victim but there was enough evidence to prove murder.
