Since starting a new job that takes a ton of my time....I only get about an hour of sunlight at the end of my day to work on the yard and shoreline. The only thing that keeps me going right now.....is knowing I'll be able to buy a new tractor and hire someone to clear the brush and downed trees within a month. The property is beautiful when manicured properly.
I love raking and burning leaves...and there's alway a ton of them. I guess it's the smell of them burning......AND it gives me a good excuse to pop a beer and sit while I tend it. *chuckle*
I feel the same way about Duncan Hunter......but I don't want to throw in the towel on him until absolutely necessary. He's a good guy.
It is the intersection on an air base that also has a "Yield to Aircraft" sign. I wouldn't want to be the one calling Geico.
I put the street signs because it is an easy enough yes or no.
Frankly, I don't know what gives me the bigger laugh, the names of the streets or the aircraft warning at that base.
FWIW, there's a McDonald's ON that base that has the threat to tow your car signs in the parking lot. First off, McD needs to take it up with the base commander, as it is ON a USAF Base and secondly, there is nothing close enough that would warrant leaving a car in the parking lot on the base and walking to an alternate location.
BTW, how have you been?
Fine I guess, could be better.
What’s up that could be better?
You are close...actually its at Bong and 69er ;)
I’m not big on burning leaves, but I used to love having a bonfire with dead limbs that we found in the woods by my folks’ house.
