My poor Hubby is putting together a Treadmill for me. I need exercise, but have to control it because of a blocked artery. Better to have a stroke at home than a mile away on the street, lol.
I am doing well on my diet, (lots of fish) making wheat and oatmeal bread, cut out potatoes and pasta, and cutting my sugar out almost completely. Have lost over five pounds so far, but a long way to go....sighhhhhhhhhhhh
