True story:
took a date to a sox game. Veritek walks to the mound to talk to the pitcher. Pitcher and Veritek both cover their mouth ( and nose ) with glove. Girl asks why - informed her it was because Veritek had a little talked about problem with clinical halitosis. Next day I get a call from her: Folks were talking about the game in her office and guess who brings up Tek’s halitosis to howls of laughter from her co-workers?

I have to admit I darn near died of laughter when she called me to chew me out! she had a good sense of humor so she took it in stride.
