Hello! Long time, no hear from. You know, I'm just gonna have to Fedex you some food one of these days ... but crawfish season is over and I wouldn't want to fool you with some frozen mudbugs.

Anyway, I have fired-up the dehydrator for jerky season though. Hubby got a really nice elk that will keep me busy for awhile, plus I'm doing my best to bag a deer this week with the weather turning cooler.
