I think that final TD showed how classless Bill Belichick is. That last TD was scored in order to give "America's Team" something to think about should the Pats find themselves facing them next February...which could very well happen.

Want some cheese with your whine? If you tackle a running back before he crosses the goal line I guarantee he won't score.

You assume I live up thar. I am in Maryland...not that my two idjuts are any better. Either way, them folks don’t represent me anymore than our disappointment now occupying the White House does.

Hehehe... I was wrong, actually the guy who scored is the Patriots number FIVE back, backup Fullback, fifth on the depth chart.

Its gotta suck to have the K brothers, Kennedy and Kerry, representing a good chunk of you in the Senate. It does...But you have Vicente Fox, the great Cowboy fan.

Indy is a guaranteed entry in the L column. No way the Patriots beat the Colts.

My opinion of them is still in limbo. Sure, they smacked around a good NFC team, but still lost the lead for a (short)while. Let’s see how they deal with an offense like they will face in Indy,(Indy defense really picked it up too), and a very stingy Steeler D. It will be interesting. Good games are coming fast, and my Terrible Towel has some extra snap in it for some reason.
To: Into the Vortex
The Pats may have smacked around a good NFC team but they made several mistakes that cost them points. Brady missed Moss on a couple of bombs and had a few funky throws.
The Colts, Steelers or Pats could advance to the SB...it will come down to who is the healthiest IMHO.
To: Boston Blackie
I appreciate your honest assessment. Now, all the Steelers have to do is defeat your team. (As nervous sweat beads on my forehead thinking about our matchup in December!) Of course, the playoffs sometimes produce completely different results than the regular season-it’s gonna be good.
To: Allegra
Warm, fuzzy, friendly PING! They'll still end up with a better record than your ole stinkin' Texans.

Personally, I think it is the other way around. I don’t think anybody can beat the Patriots.

The Patriots will lose at some point. They just need to hope it’s in the regular season and not the playoffs.

scoring is still used in determining tie breakers between 2 teams when it comes to the playoffs.
It wasn’t classless at all, it’s part of the game.

Im ok with a 5-1 start, and we WILL be in the playoffs.
Well see what happens then.
