There is an email attached to a filing by D. Opri of ANS to her girlfriend in S. Carolina. If you go to Opri’s website, you can find it. Anna explains to her friend that when she came back to LA from SC, she was sick. She had the alarms and locks changed to keep LB out. But somehow he got into the house anyway and came to her bedroom and one thing led to another. The date was @Jan 3.

It is possible for a woman to know she has conceived within a day or two if she is sensitive to her body. There are immediate changes in ones physiology that if you’ve been pregnant before you notice.

Moe has given us a new FACT! Hooray! Finally. He said Anna was probably dead early that morning or earlier than reported. He probably heard the EMT’s conferring, and of course his wife is a nurse. Lots of people in that hotel room could eyeball the condition of Anna’s body and take a guess. Even if she was still warm, she could have passed away hours before. Sad subject really.

So that pushes our timeline backward. Some of us have speculated that Anna died around 9 AM (similar to Daniel?). Which would have given Howard time to make a plan and carry it out.

Secondly, Moe said that Howard and Lin Wood are pressuring him to keep “things from coming out”. What things?

Third, if you saw the pictures of Anna’s commitment ceremony to Howard, Moe looks very unhappy and worried.

There is zero doubt in my mind that he will be the next person to fall apart in some way and be unable to testify further to the truth. Poor guy. He blames himself for not taking better care of Daniel and Anna. What a heavy burden to live with.

yes - that is the Laurie Payne email - there is also a longer one to “M” - not sure if it’s Payne or someone else

By New Year’s, Smith was back in Los Angeles, and she and Birkhead kissed and made up. But within months, they were arguing again, and Birkhead was ready to end their relationship.

Birkhead said that when *he ended* the relationship, Smith told him that he might “feel really dumb” *in a couple of months, but wouldn’t further elaborate. *He suspected* she was pregnant — which turned out to be the case — and said he felt certain he was the father.

By May, Smith’s pregnancy had leaked to the tabloid press — with Birkhead mentioned as the father...”

re: died around 9am

I’m down for that...iirc, lividity doesn’t set in immediately, takes a little time (1/2hr to 3?hrs) for blood to drain into lower points after stopping in place altogether.

One thing I don’t think Perper thought about - if ANS fever was back up to 105/106, then, of course, her body would remain ‘warm’ for some time after her death...was he only going by (hospital?) temp and HKS/KE stories?

don’t forget - she was injected with a.baumannii contaminated needle/syringe on Feb 2 - she had baths/ice-baths prior to leaving the Bahamas, upon arrival, and every day she was in that suite. On arrival, Eroshevic gave Ans ‘neosporin’ - conclusion: ke KNEW ans’s injection site was infected - dont’ buy the ‘flu’ story - only 3 cipro tabs were missing in four days iirc - it’s a pink elephant IMO MOO MOO MOO

a. baumannii has no reason to be in the Bahamas - it’s rarer than MRSA was 10 years ago, It’s being identified as an “iraq’ virus as it was first noted in battle-wounded returning to British and American military hospitals. imo, it is unlikely that Anna would have contracted it in a bahamian hospital - if she did, the CDC/WHO would have been all over it. IMO MOO

No, it isn't. Only a pregnancy test can tell for sure. There are blood tests (available only through doctors) that can tell if a woman is pregnant before she misses a period. That is the best that is out there. As for women who think they "just know it" from the moment they finish having sex...that is wishful thinking and sometimes they are right and often they are not right.
