Thanks for the court filings re Wilma Vice. I read the filings plus the comments from other viewers, and I didn’t get the same impression they did. I’m no lawyer and have no experience with law, but it seems to me Lin Wood is acting like a 1st Class A#$. I liked Reagan Pratt’s response to Wood, and I noticed that Wilma’s attorneys used previous cases for their objection, and yet, Wood offered no cases to support his demands ...only for his convenience. Why in the devil does he need a deposition for a trial over a year in advance of the trial date? I believe he is trying to intimidate and frighten Wilma, plus get information he isn’t necessarily entitled to. What if, after the inquest into Daniel’s death, a reason is found to proceed with criminal charges against HKS? Is this a pre-emptive strike to gain all information so they can begin preparing a defense by devising means to raise questions about the incriminating evidence against HKS? I think Wood sounds like a prima dona who thinks more of himself than he deserves! I hope the judge rules against him and eventually throws most of the lawsuits he has filed for HKS out! HKS, is, IMO, a bully who manipulates and intimidates to get what he wants, and I hope he is going to soon learn that “what goes around, comes around.”

I may be just a pea-brain, but i don’t understand how howie can ask anyone for information at this point, when jurisdiction hasn’t been settled, or why anything pertaining to thompson, bain, etc. would be of interest to him. is this a silent suit on their behalf or what?

is the insistence on the Dec 5 date relative to the Dec 10th resumation of the inquest, i wonder?
