That is true WRT a civil wrongful death suit, but if our faith is well-placed Jerry Brown’s active participation will be more effective in getting a *new autopsy* or a review of Perper’s lab findings. I’m sure the tissues and samples have been preserved. If you read blueplum’s and nature’s posts - they have made astonishing observations from what is already on record.
My response was regarding Virgie calling for an exhumation. I’m sure that if Brown sees fit the body will be exhumed.
