Happy to hear this...I hope the trial takes years and makes life miserable for all three of them.

In the meantime, who will seek justice for Virgie....She's lost a daughter and a grandson (who she raised for 7 years) and is being denied the hugs of a granddaughter. Shame on daddy!!

It is outright sadistic of Larry Birkhead to deny a grandmother the right to see her granddaughter. iirc, some states have passed laws that in cases where the biological parents are not married, grandparents have the right to see grandchildren even if the parents are against it. Or something like it.

Maybe after the trial Howie will no longer be executor of the estate.

“Geraldo” had a brief interview with Virgie Arthur. He stated the law firm will continue to represent her. Also, showed again the frightening clown video, which will be admitted in evidence.

One one cable show (forgot name) yesterday, they were saying that Howie’s defense of the clown video can be that ANS was acting. First of all, ANS was not that good an actress and there are numerous aspects of the video that indicate she was not acting, including testimony of a little girl who, as they noted, was the only sane person present.

I flicked over Geraldo last evening just as he said that the judge in the ANS case is pro defense. Hope I did not hear right. If he is a another pro Howie judge, then a link to the defense should be looked into

I agree. It was reported that Howie “settled” (or did he just drop the cases?) back in Nov., iirc, with Rita Cosby and with Mike Speer but still wants punitive damages from Jackie Hatten. I have not seen a word as to what the “settlement” entitled.
