What really pizzes me off about all this
Bains is all willing to OUT and set up Rita for some damn book but when it came to TWO LIVES lost.. he didn’t make the same efforts!
Liz Thompson says she is the only atty of record, but only signed on very recently. That would mean that when Don Clark spoke to the nannies, Liz Thompson was not present.
Thompson confirms that the nannies have spoken to local and US Federal investigators.
I cannot understand why Bain & Thompson set up Rita - she should have tried to contact the nannies earlier, but as stated - they did not have a liaison or lawyer.
Clark is HOT and Thompson accuses him of fabrication.

Now I can honestly say I’m glad my current computer doesn’t play videos and I don’t have cable TV - so I don’t have to watch all this “Mr C and The Nannies” stuff.
(When my hands heal, and I do have puter video, I’ll be playing a *whole* lot of catch-up on video-watching. Until then, ignorance is *pure bliss.* What I saw of Mr C on regular TV just screamed “conman” to me, but what do I know?)
There are lots of errors and inaccuracies in some of the articles posted today, but my right-clicking mouse finger is the one that is infected and in really bad shape. (Really, really bad - like prayer-worthy.)
Since I can’t do any highlighting or copying/pasting, I’m just going to let them go. Gotta save this for the CNL revision - then I will have to “play hurt,” I suppose. Luckily, I have my fingertips and thumbs!
However, in everyday life that isn’t cyber, there are very few I can do one-handed, I’ve found. Poor, poor pitiful me!

Not so - Clark is now on and he confirms Thompson was there when he spoke to the nannies - and she heard them admit to seeing the *sex-tape* He says they were shy and upset but made the statement. He did not know about it - they volunteered the info.
He is mad as hell! He said she wanted $3000 an hour - he was willing to pay expenses - but it was always Money, money money.
You see how it’s a he said/she said ad nauseum. Criminal court may unravel this mess, one can only hope.

Geragos earlier said Rita has a serious problem, that Lin Wood should be very happy about the nannie videos.
Mark Geragos just did a big flip flop, and now he thinks Bain is the only one doing an investigation. Bain hasn't done an investigation...he's run a scam on an American citizen. Who said Geragos was a great lawyer or had good judgment. He criticized Scott Peterson and then turned around and took his case, which thank God, he lost. He also lost the Winona Rider shoplifting case too!
Craig Rivero just said credibility was with Don Clark because he had heard $5,000 mentioned on the tapes of Bain and Rita!
Don Clark needs to provide the phone records that show that Thompson called him when he got stateside.

Greed - it’s not the content of the book - but the color of the money!!!!
He must have been working with someone on a book - and Rita beat them to the punch. That’s the only scam I can come up with. I don’t believe he cares about the nannies or justice, or crime. He is determined to destroy Rita’s credibility - the $60 million dollar lawsuit really motivated him.

This man has nothing to hide - he doesn’t embellish, slander, scream or make excuses, truth is liberating.

You hit the nail on the head. Either Lincoln tried a cheap extortion attempt and/or Rita beat him to it. He was evasive and Liz outright lied. Don Clark would not put his reputation on the line for a false claim in which he had nothing to gain.

That’s true - he did smash into Rita - but she has since recovered and fixed her make-up. You don’t demolish an 18-wheeler with a Lincoln.
