1100. Hello, Everyone.
All in all, it was a good week for us. Actually, it’s been a great couple of weeks.
I must apologize for having conveyed misinformation. In my excitement the other day, I posted that Howard K. Stern had been served. I am not in L.A. right now, but I was on the phone with a friend from CA and I was trying to type to you the things he was saying to me. Either he told me wrong, or I heard it wrong. Today, he insists he never said that Howard was served. I do not record my phone conversations, so I will just have to accept that I heard him wrong. So I apologize if I got anybody too excited. But all is not lost.
We’ve known for some time that the warrants were going to be served, but we didn’t know when. The only thing we were told was that nothing was going to happen until the authorities felt they had all their ducks in a row. But early last week, word finally came down that the warrants were going to be served on Friday.
But even our connections won’t tell us everything. But we DO know that there still remains more search warrants to be issued and they will be meted out to key figures in this saga.
We also know the tack that the investigators are taking in their pursuit of bringing the culpable parties to the rack for “causing” the deaths of Anna and Dan. Their aim is a murder indictment.
I was practically orgasmic Friday. In my extreme excitement, I thought EVERYTHING was going to happen on the same day—i.e., Howard’s being served and the issuance of the murder indictment. It was irresponsible of me and, again, I apologize. I will be much more cautious in the future, believe me.
We’ve won a few battles, but the war is far from over. The wheels of justice turn excruciatingly slowly. It took six months from the onset of the investigation for the CA-DOJ to feel they had enough evidence to publicly announce its investigation and to take the first step in the gathering of additional evidence.
From what I’ve been told, the inquest is going to go forward without delay. Unless something absolutely extraordinary occurs (like Nassau sinks into the ocean), there is a zero percent chance that any last minute motions will result in additional delays.
Now for the small potatoes: Lincoln Bain a/k/a Mr. Controversy. The man has a real talent, doesn’t he? I’ve never seen anyone so good at lying. None of the tell-tale signs are present in his body language, eye movements, or tone of voice that would tell the observer the man is lying his pants off. He told a few lies on Geraldo the other night, but the biggest one that deserves mentioning, in my opinion, is the one where he said that neither he or anyone associated with Lin Wood’s office has been in touch with him or Liz Thompson (the nannies’ lawyer).
Well, okay, there was one more whopper that I don’t think anyone missed and I just have to mention it. Bain essentially denied having said “Yes,” as it was heard on the audiotape, to the question Rita posed about whether one of the nannies actually said she saw the videotape with Stern and Birkhead having oral sex. Bain told Geraldo’s audience that he never said “Yes” and that the tape was doctored.
Unfortunately, Bain failed to realize, being caught in the moment, that he said several other statements other than “Yes” when answering Rita’s questions. For example, Rita asked him, “Did both nannies see the tape or was it just Nadine?” And he answered, “I think it was just Nadine.”
Forensic analysis of the tapes will reveal if any of it has been doctored, if the tapes come into play during Howard’s (or Larry’s?) defamation trial against Rita — if it ever reaches trial.
Let’s see. What else?
Jackie Hatten issued her first public statement since she was told to stay out of the limelight. Her brother Mark will be released from prison in 74 days. He’s been in the Pleasant Valley State Prison and locked away for almost six years now. His son Christian Blue turned 16 on November 30th and his other son Billy turns 15 this month.
I finally oddly curious that Lin Wood failed to mention Mark’s suit against Howard during his recent appearance with Howard on Larry King Live. Mark has cleaned up his act. He’s lost 65 pounds during his incarceration and is really excited to get back into life and accomplish his goals.
The scope of the investigation into Howard’s activities goes much further than I think most people realize. He’s got a tough road ahead of him. I honestly think his arrogance and his “They can’t touch me” attitude are contributing to his inevitable downfall.
His fatal mistake was declaring, without a shade of recrimination, that it was his name on the drugs that killed Anna. That’s on the same level as slapping a DEA agent in the face. That’s one group of law enforcement officials you don’t want to tell to “Bring it on!”
If it were not for the diligence and compassion of literally hundreds of thousands of people who felt the Florida DA’s office did not do its job, Anna and Dan’s suspicious deaths may have been swept under the rug. As a result of the complaints, several officials whose actions were negligible are going to be nailed to the wall on this one. They may not see jail time or fines for not doing their jobs properly, but their reputations are going to take a hit. The medical examiners Wecht and Perper will come to regret their involvement.
Finally, yesterday I spent nearly half the day writing a history of Anna, except I told it in the format of a fairy tale. It was light and easy to read, and it was long. I was just near its completion when I accidentally closed the browser window. It was supposed to be for your enjoyment, but I had a blast writing it. I have to be in the mood to write, so maybe, next time, if I decide to try again, I’ll remember to save it as I write it!

Wish I had thought to save it - because one or two of us truly believed we saw such a conversation on Lincoln Bain’s web video, between himself and the nannies.
The one thing that makes me confident - THE OTHER GUY SAID *I smell TWO rats* which made me fall off my chair!
Thank you Lizarde and Sodpoodle....we have those videos already and was looking for the ones that were not edited.So the search goes on...I’ll be lurking and checking to see if any of you geniuses come up with anything.Great work!

Condolences, Sac, on the loss of your dear mother. I hope she had a full life and was at peace near the end. Also, congratulations on Sean Bryant, a great name for your new grandson!
Isn’t it wonderful that you can come back here? Anna’s sorrow takes our minds off our own sorrows for a moment. Hopefully, we are doing some good on the scale of justice.

Country Singer Joe Nichols Enters Rehab
Just one month after he married his girlfriend of twelve years, Heather Singleton, country crooner Joe Nichols has entered rehab. Nichols, who is best known for his hit song “Another Side of You,” entered a program to deal with unspecified substance abuse problems.
“As Joe has alluded to in interviews over the past year, he has struggled with the issue of substance abuse. In order to be a healthier person and deal with longstanding issues, he has entered into a rehabilitation program for consultation and treatment,” said Nichols management on his website.
There are two people dead. The Executor of Anna’s Estate was with both of them when they died. That Executor also says Anna has about $10K in her bank accounts. We, here on FR, have documented and kept track of tons of payments Anna and Howard received prior to her death. We have statements from witnesses about cash being handed out to bribe people. About pimping Anna by HKS. We have a case where key witnesses are frightened to speak out and where the said Executor has hired (with his parents’ money!?) a creepy enforcer type PI in Hollywood. To do what? Scare people like Pelicano?
If Geraldo is looking for a way to spin this story and gain huge ratings advantage, put these pieces of the puzzle together for him, we will help you...and let him put the pressure on where it will unlock some sealed lips!

My take on Rita;
More tapes to come so I keep some reservations.
At this stage it doesn’t look too good for her career but will the equal any legal charge, I don’t think so with what we have so far. It appears a far fight to me. Bains admits setting her up and it is her own fault she bit on it. They both come across as buggling idiots to me.

Nichols sung his hit, “I’ll Wait for You,” and DOLLY PARTON’s “Wings of a Dove,” which is said to be Anna’s favorite country song of all time.
Nichols has a special connection with Anna — the two met at the Grand Ole Opry back in 2005.
“I met Anna Nicole at the Opry in 2005 when she came backstage following the show,” he tells ET. “I remember she had a dynamic personality, and her love of traditional country music was evident.”
Nichols says he was honored to be asked to perform at the funeral.
“It’s been an emotional time for the family with the recent death of her son, followed by her own sudden death,” he says. “I hope to bring some comfort through music to the people who were closest to her during this sad time.”
Rita still has good standing in regard to the lawsuit. Her source for that bit of info wasn’t really the nannies. It was the PI. She’s also got Don Clark’s statement saying that the nannies’ were saying this before. Even if it’s not true she could only be held accountable if she knew that it wasn’t true and printed it. That’s the way I see it. Bain’s is trying to spin the tape with him saying that he was told about the tape from the nannies by saying that Rita is now saying that he’s a source for the book. Not true..she’s not saying that and he knows it but he just wants to discredit her and take attention away from the fact that he lied and this shows that he was setting her up.

BTW I like Bain, he's incredibly amusing and asks great questions of the nannies. His reactions are perfect. Unfortunately, I think Bain met up with an uber PI from Hollywood who either threatened him and/or bribed him. If I met Howie's PI in a dark alley, I think I'd do whatever I was asked to do. How is Howie getting money to pay for his PI, and his Florida attorneys and his plane flights?
