Kenny Loften sure will look bad in the post-game analysis — letting himself get thrown out by Manny, and then the base-running blunder.

Lugo had more blunders than Kenny, but they will be forgotten in the press. However, Francona might want to rethink his options with Lugo.

Slamming into those padded walls hurts like hell.

I remember game 7 of the 1975 Series against Cincinnati. Fred Lynn, the team's hero, slammed into the padded wall and slumped to the ground. The entire park was utterly silent.
