Ellsbury is just like Co-co Crisp - except he can hit too.

We just need 1 out every play. No need to risk anything after that. This is a prevent defense. No big plays. Slow and steady and we’ll win this race.

If the Sox hold on, will Francona keep Coco on the bench against the Rockies? He’d better, or I’ll personally tar and feather him.

Peralta Lofton and Gutierrez due in top 9th
In bottom 8th: Manny, Lowell, Drew
To: misterrob
Probably. Just seems like they were freaking out in the first 3 innings when Westbrook was struggling. “why no action in bullpen” Just always felt Buck especially was not a sox fab.
To: WL-law
save Coco for defense late in game with a huge lead. Or
maybe not.
To: llevrok
I have not taken a look around outside here in Boston but I suspect the Mayor has a huge police force out.

Coco and Lugo actually have made some good defensive plays
but the Lugo error, and Crisp’s light bat, have been
drawbacks.
