I have eaten barbacoa made from cabrito (goat), but don't know if I could go that far...ugh...the thought alone would turn my stomach.

Tamales can be pork, beef or chicken.

Cabrito, tried it in Mexico and couldn’t swallow it. Same thing once with rabbit.

But I was served cabrito and regular brisket at a BBQ and thought it was chicken, and better tasting!

McLynnan, I understand. I moved to Washington for 3 years and couldn’t wait to return!
