I had a friend who moved to CT and had baked a cow’s head for tamales and had it under a kitchen towel on the counter.
Her daughter’s high school chum almost fainted when she lifted the towel! Evidently, tamales aren’t prevalent up north...
Um.....tamales are made from cow’s heads? How did I live in Texas all my life and not know this?
