I think if they try to enforce some of the worst ones--such as UN taking actual control over things as opposed to simply putting up signs on OUR national parks--they'll be in for a terrible surprise.
They were shocked at the reaction to Shamnesty and that was restricted to words written, spoken and electronic--but still just words. I sure hope they don't force us beyond words.
L.O.S.T. must pass ratification. Many other treaties behind it are depending on it's ratification.

We'll see what happens if lost is ratified. That will give the un all the money they will need without oversight from member nations who until now, paid their bills. They'll be self sufficient so to speak.

It is only upsetting to the dozen or so FReepers who have taken the time to learn what it is all about. Off the top of my head, I’d make a guess that 50% or more of the FReepers believe that the US being a part of the UN is a good thing.
They have no idea that we will be living under the UN Constitution one of these days.
