It concludes that "To prevent the next crime wave, policymakers must invest in real-time data systems to identify and respond to consumer-driven changes in crime." We need more money to study what is happening in our culture because we are too stupid to open our eyes and look or listen.

Few people need an ipod. In major metropolitan areas, might as well hang a sign on your back saying "come and get me..."
