I’m a Trojan fan, but I have to admit SC played horribly Saturday night and doesn’t deserve to be no. 1 because of that. A few bad calls by the officials against SC, but even so, there was no excuse for all the other penalties.

It reminded me of last year when they played very well against the ranked teams but screwed up against two bad unranked teams. Hope this isn’t a repeat of last year!

As a Trojan fan, I agree fully with what you have said. I also think this might serve as both a wake up call to USC, as it gives them something to prove and it could prove to add some complacency to LSU, as now, in their minds, they have gotten what they have deserved all along.

I am perfectly fine with being #2 and settling it in the Sugar Bowl.
