Y'know? There are some very good-hearted people in the world. But ... seems to me that the money would better be spent establishing free or very low cost spay/neuter clinics. People can rescue dogs and cats until the cows come home and it's good that they do for the dogs and cats that are homeless, but it isn't solving the problem.

There were areas in Texas where we had a lot of rattlesnakes. So we’d hunt them and they’d give prizes for the most caught and the largest caught and so on. Then we’d fry them up, drink beer, sing songs and have dance.

I don’t guess that would work in this case. But those were good times.
