Is there any doubt in anyone's mind why so many 'scientists' latch onto the global warming thing? They all want a federal tit to attach to. Deny global warming and you don't get no dough.

BTW, a large natural gas deposit was found in test drillings on this island. It is to the benefit of the Canadian government to tap that gas and sell it to us.

Therefore it is highly important that reputable scientists declare that the delicate Arctic eco-system has been totally destroyed by Global Warming ~ so it's OK to drill.

Why didn't we think of this for ANWR ~ send in a team who come back and tell stories about melting permafrost chasing them down hills, and roaving Grizzlies with narry a Polar Bear in sight.

If that BS works in Canada, it ought to work on the Liberals and Democrats here too!
