Balderas is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, driving while impaired and underage drinking. Let's see now, he is in the country illegally, is driving drunk, kills two people AND is charged with underage drinking? Add these victims to the long list of those Americans who have given their lives for open borders. The photo is horrific.

Often when you hear or read these kind of stories, the perps have already been deported at least once.
They've become very brazen, and simply don't fear any consequences for sneaking in.
I've often wondered why the victims families can't sue the employers of these people.

I got hit by an illegal. Thankfully there wasn’t any real damage other than a scratch. The guy had only a consular ID - no driver’s license or insurance. These people are driving up our insurance rates - one more overlooked cost to society. Lawless bastards. It ought to be open season on them.
