Just had a friend die of cancer, who happened to be gay, so I am a bit on the defensive here. I feel like I should stick up for guys like him to honor his memory. One of the nicest people on the planet.

I doubt it’s your bad - the idea of Marcia and Jan going at, since I grew up with them always little older than me, got me pretty drooly and likely even less clear than usual. In all seriousness the gay bashing here is, at best, one of the most tedious things at FR, and at it’s worst it’s a nearly endless supply of disgraceful stupidity for outsiders to point at how moronic FReepers can be. Bless you for making a serious stand against it; and sorry for your loss.
