Upon reflection, I'm wishing that Oktoberfest had instead of taking the 'safe' route of banning ALL celebrity endorsements from now on, had instead shown the backbone to speak the truth:
"We are today banning Paris Hilton from any involvement whatsoever with Oktoberfest because she is the Whore Of Babylon and brought crappy canned wine to our ancient, respectable event. "
Who knows....one day there might be a worthy celebrity who wants to lend their name and image to a quality German beer, and now that brewer will be deprived of a marketing opportunity.
