Hey, I had to listen to that game driving from upstate back to DC with intermittent reception on the radio. Drove me crazy. Finally got to see it in replay. Amazing game. Maybe not so much a comeback as an Oilers collapse. Too bad, the Oilers were a better team that year and should have gone to the Super Bowl.

Everyone in Houston has a story for that day and that game (no offense intended). I went to work a little before half time. I kept going into the managers office to get updates and would be like “oh it’s just a touchdown, no worries this game is a lock” then “oh another touchdown, we’re still good” then “What? They scored again” then “Oh crap, we need to put some points on the board” then “mother %$#&(*$, @$$K!%*, $#S%#&*”. My boss sent me home early, not for disciplinary reasons, but he knew I was going to be useless for the rest of that day.
