Great reason for “concealed carry”.

Well I blame Bush. If it wasn’t for his illegal war in Iraq these Pit Bulls would never have attacked this guy.
When will we learn? *shakes head*

Like Dr. Frankenstein's 'monster' they start out being good guys but are easily turned to the dark side.

Seattle does not give LTCs. Simulated 'sorry about that'.

He said there was no owner in sight.
The owners of these dogs need to be jailed for a while. That will teach them to let their dogs run loose.
While I love dogs, the Pit Bull is one breed that I would never own. Just on liability alone.

Having had a similar experience... being attacked by stray dogs... any owner not in control of their animals and these breeds, in particular, should be severely fined and if any harm is inflicted on human or pet, should be jailed automatically. If the person is killed by their animals, that should be considered murder.

>The owners of the quarantined dogs face fines of up to $1,000 for letting his pit bulls run loose.Should be about five years in jail and a $100,000.00 fine.

there was no owner in sight. An all-too-common theme in these stories, and the reason is clear -- pit bull owners, by and large, are far more irresponsible than owners of other breeds. Certainly not all, but many.
