She's spent £226k on plastic surgery but 'I still can't get a Hollywood part', says Demi

She once spent more than £220,000 on a head-to-toe surgical makeover to make herself look younger.

But four years later - and having failed to secure the string of big-money parts she had presumably hoped to win - Demi Moore has decided to speak out against ageism in Hollywood.

Dang! You could have at least photoshopped some clothing attire to cover that up.And yes,a warning would be in order.Or maybe you are having a bad hair day!!Whoever that person is,is having a bad everything day!I kinda feel sorry for her.

Everyone ages, not everyone ages well. I'd pay money to see Dame Diana Rigg play anything she wanted to on the stage, but I doubt it'd be Portia. She's smarter than that. Demi ought to take a page from that book.

And you don't have to be young-looking to be hot. That unregenerate old commie Lauren Bacall can still rivet every male eye in every room she walks into.

The problem for her is that she wants the lead, super-hot chick, double-knot spy type parts and she just doesn’t have the chops for it anymore.

Dial it down a bit Dem(i) and grab one of those “Married” but employed parts. You can play grandmas in the future!

They did a TV show a couple of years back showing what some of them look like without it. It proved that it’s lighting & make up.

Why he didn’t win the Oscar is beyond me. Clearly it’s fixed.

It has to do with what we call “acting”. Meryl Streep doesn’t seem to have any problems with getting good parts.

It’s like cosmetic surgery has to be “kept up”. But the more they have the freakier they start looking. Especially around the mouth. That trout pout thing. Scary.

Is the one on the left really Pamela, though?

Don’t you think these web sites have motivation to lie sometimes?

I just can’t believe that that’s her.

It may be hard to believe but make up makes a world of difference. Especially the ones who always have it spackled on.

Maybe she should stop auditioning for parts that call for a younger woman.

I notice Dames Judi Dench and Maggie Smith don’t seem to have any trouble finding roles.

“Without makeup, most of the women in Hollywood don’t look like much.”

The same can be said for many of the men in Hollywood, apparently. For example, my former sister-in-law worked with Virginia D-rats for many years. She said that Robert Redford’s face was very weathered-looking and pock-marked.

Absolutely. It’s surprising how different some people look in person. Male or female.

Oy, poor thing. She could still come back, though, if she cleaned up and started eating. Permanent damage to your looks takes some time.

Sissy Spacek gets good reviews. I’ve never liked the movies she was in, though. Just a personal taste.

That was Jennifer Coolidge. She can't act and hasn't aged near as well as Demi.
