I want....counting my piggy bank holdings....
I researched processors before I purchased my new computer. I purchased Intel-Q6600 (2.40GH, 1066FSB) 8MB cache and 4GB DDR2 SDRAM 800MHz OC solely to be on cutting edge. I know nothing about them. I took the various PC websites/forum’s and reviewer’s word. I am not a gamer but I do alot of work with PDF’s and digitalizing using OmniPage which OmniPage 16 is suppose to be written for multi-thread use. Don’t know I haven’t loaded it yet. As I understand it software is not real available to utilize these processors yet and my OS which is XP as I understand has limitations also that restrict it. But don’t ask me how. :)
