Hey Haz, I can just imagine your grin when you walk by the pork aisle at your grocer without stopping! I hope you’ve got yourself a good butcher and some good sausage recipes. Nothing wrong with tossing in some apples or try a garlic/sun dried tomato combo...variations are endless!

With those horns if you mount it right it would make a COOL gun rack.

They taste very good. When we are having antelope for dinner we several friends that drive for miles just to be here. It is very fine grain and almost no fat.will put the horns up in the garage next to several deer racks.
