Aw shuckeroonies, another nagging eco-lecture bombs! Maybe they can use taxpayer dollars and get it on PBS so the general public can suffer as well. . .

And this certainly is not meant to belittle the idea of global warming on my part. Last week we met an Australian civil engineer whose specialty is the environment. He told us he had just flown over Mount Kilimanjaro and was quite surprised about what he had seen.
Someone should explain to Mr. Friedman that the reduction of snow and ice on Mt. Kilimanjaro has long been proven to be the result of land clearing around the mountain, thus resulting in reduced precipitation. Without regular, normal precipitaion patterns on Kilimanjaro, it should surprise no one that the snow and ice levels will eventually be reduced.

Unless they are politicians, I never connect peoples jobs to their politics.

He actually does a fair amount. He flies commercial, and drives hybrid cars.
Many on here don’t think he does enough, but what qualifies as enough. He is certainly making an effort though. I don’t see the problem with using your gifts to advance a cause you are passionate about.

The only good scene Leo has been in was when he froze to death in Titanic.

“There’s very little snow,” this scientist told us. “I was shocked...”
So much for the scientific method. If he keeps looking, maybe an acorn will drop on his head.

I dont see the problem with using your gifts to advance a cause you are passionate about. That's what is great about America, so more power to him on that note. However, flying commercial isn't going to cut it with most of the Gorebots, they want civilization to stop traveling altogether.
One of my problems with most of these people is they want socialism. Another problem is they want something that is unachievable at great cost.

Unfortunately, his set of ‘gifts’ appears not to include more intelligence than a typical fourth-grader. Many individuals are really not fond of being lectured at by such as diCrapio.

Maybe if he re-cuts the movie so he freezes to death at the end!?!?!? Heck, Id go to the bargain hour show to see that! He already did that in Titanic.
Titanic was fiction......this is SUPPOSED to be real life.......

“I hesitated to say before “11th Hour” actually opened how mind-numbingly dull it was for fear that I would ruin it for those interested in the subject of global warming.”
Interesting. A reviewer not saying what he thinks so that the political message of the film won’t be affected. I guess we can’t trust any of his reviews in the future.
