Because it takes the fetid brain of Jerome R. Corsi to take normal procedures and twist them into a vast hostile conspiracy against America. He will start throwing in lots of acronyms including NAFTA and WTO even though those treaties have little to do with emergency planning

If you read the article closely, it is mostly innuendo with precious little actual facts. When contrary information is presented, he automatically dismisses it.

What's really going on it that we (The US and the separate states) develop a plan and tell the WHO what we are going to do. The WHO may offer a suggestion or two, which we will apply or ignore depending on if it makes sense or not.

Corsi makes it sound like NORTHCOM is the vehicle for UN backed military coup.
