There is a "strong possibility" the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office will not file felony charges against Lindsay Lohan in connection with her two DUI arrests, law enforcement sources told TMZ.com.
Charges may be filed Wednesday, and the D.A. is leaning toward rejecting three possible felonies, TMZ reported. The D.A. almost certainly will not file cocaine charges in connection with Lohan's DUI bust Memorial Day weekend in Beverly Hills, the site said.

...female, hollywood rich, democrat (although stupid could be replaced for any of those three.)
Maxim’s #1...I don’t get it.

LMAO.
The prosecutor is doing her no favor. Without serious help she will end up dead of an accident or overdose.
Where did all the freckles go??
Did I miss something? Didn’t she attack another car with her car or did she have her driver do it?
No body is gonna charge ME with a felony if I got caught like that, right?
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say, "Probably not."
I'm sure young college students all the time get busted with very small amounts of drugs on them and the charges get dropped to a misdemeanor and handed over to drug-intervention programs. She did have a very small amount.
The second DUI is more problemamtic but I'm guessing that still isn't a felony-level crime --particularly since there was no accident or injury involved.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending Lohan. I think she's a train wreck and in a serious downward spiral from which she may never recover. It is just that in the real world (not Hollywood), a felony drug conviction will often relegate the convicted to a future of entry-level, unskilled occupations. Courts know this and some judges aren't out to destroy lives so they'll try and lessen the charges (if they can).
Whew. Now I can exhale.
I think RD is the city atttorney of LA, not the DA of LA county.
Body make-up is her big friend.

Airbrush as well... although she was a very beautiful girl about 3 years ago. Then she got into the party scene...

Actually, in a way (please note the qualifier) I could be OK with that, if it was applied to people of outstanding merit in some relevant field of endeavor. But for trash with money like Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, and the like...
