Agreed. Seems like the prosecution should have gone to trial, what with the testimony of the other perps going against Vick.

No, a plea is a conviction. In a court of law.

I doubt it. If you plead guilty or even no contest, the judge will issue a finding of guilty. Now if they want to say, “He was never convicted by a jury” OK by me. Prisons are full of people never convicted by a jury.
