I read what was reported. Was there a statement as to why bond is not being dropped? Do you know the whole story? If so, please inform the world!!

BTW...the man did in fact break the law in Mexico. Although the charges in Mexico were dropped it doesn't mean the man was without guilt. Face it, the law is the law regardless the nation. Do you not get upset if laws are broken in the USA...and YES...the "Dog" is no better than an anyone entering our country with specific intentions of breaking the law.

When Mexico dropped the charges it should have been the end of the case. Period.

LOL. I'm not about to get dragged into that circle. When charges are dropped, they're dropped. What's happening here is people are allowing their personal dislike of Chapman to override what's really going on in this case which is the retaliation against them because the authorities failed to do their job in apprehending this criminal.

I am very happy that another woman will not be raped by Andrew Luster anytime soon.
