I remember the summer after I received the outfit that I went to the Library. I was fully dressed and when I got to there the Librarian made me take off my spurs.
I was only 7 but when I got on the bus to ride back to my house the bus driver made me sit in the front seat since I was going to be his guard. Yeehah!
Those were the days. I showed the c ommercials to my 20 year old daughter and she was SHOCKED!!! Toy guns on tv of all things. She kept asking me if they were a joke and I assured her they were the real thing and her uncles had toy boxes full of them when they were kids.
