1.) Let’s see Novell owns Unix, and proved it in court.
2.) They bought it and decided NOT to develop it anymore, so they sold that part to SCO.
3.) Novell buys a Linux distro, and competes against Unix.
4.) And accuse Linux of destroying Unix?

That would be those that have been claiming Linux was going to replace Unix ten years ago in the server room, still not even close. Also those that claimed it was going to replace Apple on the desktop the last couple years, when web counters such as w3schools, net applications and the counter all show Linux use going DOWN. Have you even seen the Apache vs IIS chart at netcraft lately? Wow, open source has been taking quite a beating lately, but you can go back to celebrating the win by Microsoft's open source partner LOL.
