LOL! . . . but I’d probably find it funnier if it didn’t remind me so painfully of how I played basketball in high school! :(

I played fast pitch as a kid, then when I was about 15 I was asked to play on a women's slow pitch team. I thought, slow pitch, easy.... the problem was changing from having played fast pitch to that slow arching ball falling toward you at a snails pace.

First time up at bat I swung, probably before the pitcher actually let go of the ball, and on the second pitch I swung, hit, and took off for first but my feet didn't and I fell flat on my face.

I still love the game.... ;^)
