NEWARK, N.J. — A Peruvian national in the U.S. illegally and who was previously charged with raping a 5-year-old pleaded not guilty Friday in the execution-style slayings of three young college students a day after surrendering to Mayor Cory Booker.

Can the victims families SUE the US Government for NOT doing its job? Or Immigration? This has GOT TO STOP.
Who do we hang for allowing this illegal bastard, who after raping a five year old, was allowed to remain in the country so he could go on and murder three innocent American kids? Why the hell wasn’t he deported? This is President Bush’s responsibility. He should be ashamed of this and of American lives lost to Mexican drunks, American lives destroyed by illegal drugs brought across a border he completely refuses to defend even in a time of war. All in the name of cheap labor. Other than the war aspect I cannot stand this man any longer.

FOX News has learned Carranza, who has a fake Social Security number, had been arrested on charges of raping a 5-year-old and then threatening the child and parents. In that case he faced a 31-count indictment.
In another, he was arrested on assault charges stemming from a bar fight.
Immigration officials apparently were aware of Carranza’s illegal status since his prior arrests, according to Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura.
The victim was the child of a girlfriend of his. My guess is that the girlfriend and child did not assist the prosecutor adequately in putting together the case.
According to other articles, this individual is commonly in the company of adolescent and preadolescent boys whom he buys beer, cigarettes and dope for.
My guess is that his attorney will claim that he had no idea his youthful companion was going to do anything more than intimidate the victims - that he was as surprised as anyone when his accomplice started shooting and that he feared for his own life.
